Reel Good Eats | Seafood Restaurant, Bar & Tackle Shop MLO

Reel Good Eats turns the empty Hookies building on the Great Ocean Highway (North Chumash) into a full walk-in seafood restaurant, bar and bait & tackle shop. Real doorways, open windows, new signage outside and nine detailed rooms inside.

Rooms • Dining room: order counter with tills, sushi case and menu boards, walk-up patio window, window booths, centre tables, a full bar with stools and beer taps, and a lounge with a jukebox • Kitchen: fryers with baskets, fry station under a heat lamp, griddle, charbroiler, range, sushi station with a topping rail, prep island, pass to the counter, dish pit and dry storage • Tackle & Bait shop: rod wall, lure gondolas, merchandise wall, live-bait corner with minnow tanks and a bait cooler, counter and its own entrance • Walk-in cooler, and a receiving dock with an automatic roll-up door, weigh-in scale and fish-cleaning sinks • Office with desk and safe, catering room, two restrooms

Exterior • New rooftop sign in place of the Hookies fish, also removed from the distance models so the old sign never shows from afar • Roadside sign on wooden pilings by the driveway • Tackle & bait board, walk-up window sign and receiving board on the building

Details • 9 rooms, 22 portals, 13 working doors • 18 custom models, 139 placed props • Collision in every room • Texture dictionaries kept under FiveM's 16 MiB limit • Occluder fix included, so the interior doesn't vanish when the camera turns • Door coordinates for ox_doorlock / qb-doorlock and work-spot coordinates for job scripts in the README • Standalone, no dependencies: works with ESX, QBCore, Qbox or standalone
