Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GreyStone RP (“we”, “us”) is a community-run FiveM roleplay server. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re.

2. Payments

All payments are processed by Tebex on its own secure checkout. We never see or store your card or payment details. Your payment is also subject to the terms Tebex shows you at checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars; any applicable tax is calculated and shown by Tebex before you pay.

3. Your account

• Before checkout you sign in with your FiveM (Cfx.re) account. Purchases are delivered to that account, so make sure it's the one you play or run your server on.
• Some packages ask for more at checkout (for example, signing in with Discord) so we can identify you.
• Purchases are tied to the account they were bought for and can't be transferred to another account.

4. What you're buying

In-city packages

Packages for use on the GreyStone RP server (for example, a vehicle import) give you access to that content or service on our server. They don't give you ownership of any in-game item, vehicle or currency, which has no real-world value. Some packages need staff approval (a vehicle import, for instance, must meet server standards); those conditions are listed on the package page.

Resources for your own server

Resources such as MLOs, scripts and vehicles are licensed to you, not sold. Unless a package's description says otherwise, you may use the resource on servers you own or operate, but you may not:

• resell, share, give away, or redistribute it, in whole or in part;
• publish or leak its files, or remove any protection or credits from it;
• claim it as your own work.

We may revoke the license, without a refund, if these terms are broken.

5. Server rules still apply

Buying something doesn't place you above our server rules. Accounts that are banned or removed for breaking server rules lose access to in-city packages without a refund. You must meet our server's minimum age (18) to use in-city packages.

6. Changes to content

We work to keep everything we sell working, but the server and its content change over time. Game updates, framework changes, or server resets may affect in-city items. We don't guarantee any package will stay available or unchanged forever.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first. We can usually fix it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in the purchase being revoked and your access to our server and Discord being removed.

8. Liability

The store and everything sold on it are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; the version shown when you buy applies to that purchase.
