How buying works
When you add something to your cart you’ll sign in with your FiveM (Cfx.re) account. That’s how Tebex knows which player to deliver the package to.
Payment happens on Tebex’s secure checkout. GreyStone RP never sees or stores your card details, and Tebex emails you a receipt.
Didn’t receive your purchase?
Tebex delivers purchases to the server automatically, usually within a few minutes. Some items are only granted while you’re connected, so join the server (or reconnect) if you don’t see it yet.
Make sure you signed in with the same FiveM account you play on — the account shown in your cart is where the package goes.
Still missing? Open a ticket in our Discord and include the transaction ID from your Tebex receipt email (it starts with “tbx-”).
Codes and gift cards
Coupons, gift cards and creator codes can be added in your cart before checkout. The discount is calculated by Tebex and shown in your total.
