Privacy Policy

1. What Tebex handles

Payments, billing details, your email address and receipts are handled by Tebex, our payment provider, on its own checkout. That information is collected under Tebex's privacy policy, which is shown at checkout. We never receive your card or payment details.

2. What we handle

• Your FiveM account name. When you sign in with FiveM, Tebex tells us your FiveM username so we can show you which account your purchase will go to.
• Your cart. Your cart is stored by Tebex. We keep only a cart reference in a cookie on your device (see below).
• Purchase records. When a payment completes, Tebex notifies us with the transaction ID, the FiveM username and the packages bought. We keep this to deliver support, investigate missing purchases, and handle disputes.
• Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to stop abuse (rate limiting). We don't store it, and we don't keep website access logs.

3. Cookies

We use a single cookie, gs_basket, which links your browser to your cart. It's strictly necessary for the cart to work, can't be read by scripts on the page, and expires after 7 days. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Third parties

Product images are served from Tebex's image host through our own site. Links to Discord or Tebex take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

5. How long we keep it

The cart cookie expires after 7 days. Purchase records are kept for as long as we need them for support, disputes and our own records.

6. Your choices

You can clear the cart cookie at any time in your browser. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed where we're not required to keep it, open a ticket in our Discord.

7. Changes

If what we collect changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
