Pink Paradise | 50s Diner, Gas Station & Tuner Garage MLO

A full 50s roadside stop in Hawick: a neon diner, a 24/7 mini-mart, an 8-pump fuel forecourt, EV charging and a working tuner garage with a dyno, all walk-in.

Pink Paradise replaces the Hawick apartment complex with a complete streamline-modern gas station. Pink stucco, chrome speed lines and neon that lights up at night, with a fully detailed interior behind every door.

Exterior

• Streamline 50s diner, entry tower and tuner shop with wraparound glazing, chrome eyebrows and "Pink Paradise" neon signage
• Fuel canopy with 4 islands and 8 pumps, using the game's own pump models, so your fuel script works out of the box
• 10 EV stalls with charger pedestals
• 34 parking stalls (2 accessible), palms, lot lights, bollards and bins
• Roadside pylon sign with LED price modules and neon
• A brand-new two-lane road joined into the existing roads, with driveways, a terraced lot, stairs and retaining walls

Interior (walk-in MLO)

• Diner: counter with 13 stools, 9 booths, tables, jukebox, back bar and kitchen pass, menu board
• Kitchen: cook line under a stainless hood, griddle, range, fridges, prep tables and dish station
• Restrooms: men's and women's with stalls, urinals and vanities
• Mini-mart: shelving aisles, coolers, donut case, coffee station, ATM, counter, tobacco back-bar and a lit menu board
• Tuner office with a window onto the shop floor
• Tuner garage: 3 automatic roll-up bays, 2 car lifts, a dyno bay with rollers, cooling fan and operator station, tool walls with real 3D tools, tyre rack, compressor, wheel balancer and engine hoist

Technical

• Full collision inside and out; LODs, occlusion and night lighting
• Optimized: every texture dictionary under FiveM's 16 MiB limit
• No framework needed (ESX, QBCore, Qbox, ox or standalone)
• Garage doors open automatically, or hand them to your doorlock script (coords included)

Requirements: game build 2372 or newer (built and tested on 3751). Start it after any other map in the Hawick area (see README).

Install: drop gs-pinkparadise into your resources folder, add ensure gs-pinkparadise to your server.cfg and restart.
